Shipping Policy

Carriers

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. All orders are shipped from Temora, NSW 2666.

Order Processing Times

Your order processing time will differ depending on your payment method:

  • Paypal: Orders are processed same or next business day (excluding weekends & public holidays)
  • Direct Deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer, EFT): Orders are processed after funds have cleared. This may take 24 - 48 hours. Orders are then processed same or next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed next business day.

We always endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, however processing times can sometimes vary.

Delivery Times

Delivery times as quoted by Australia Post are listed below:


  • Domestic – Standard delivery (Parcel Post):  Same state delivery in 2-4 business days, 3-6 business days for interstate.*
  • * While we endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed depends on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in our delivery network at the time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting. Some rural areas have longer delivery times. See here for specific details.

     

Order Tracking

Your email address is required if you would like to receive tracking updates from Australia Post.

You can also use your tracking number to track your order here.

If a tracking number is provided by another shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are for Australian locations only and are based on weight and satchel size.

We have set shipping rates Australia wide:

1 litre bottles

  • 1 x = $12.00 shipping 
  • 2 x = $16.00 shipping 
  • 3 x = $16.00 shipping 
  • 4 x = $16.00 shipping 
  • 5 x = $25.00 shipping 

5 litre jerry can

  • 1 x = $25 shipping
  • 2 x = $45 shipping

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

International Shipping

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping as a standard service, but please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you if possible.

Returns Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email sales@liquidmagics.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
